21 NCAC 14B .0503 REFUSAL TO ISSUE DECLARATORY RULING
Whenever the Board believes, for just cause as listed in 21 NCAC 14B .0506, that the issuance of a declaratory ruling is inappropriate, it may refuse to do so. When just cause is deemed to exist, the Board will notify the petitioner of its decision in writing stating the reasons for the denial of a declaratory ruling.
